Hi, it's Rem's friend Shayna, blogging for her to let you know about different ways you can help them. I know many of you have been wanting to reach out to them in some way but don't know how (other than in prayer). Well now you can. Their friends, family and co-workers are organizing a bunch of different things for them to offset Jim's medical expenses. Let’s bless Jim, Rem, Mia and Levi! Here's the scoops:

1. Golf4Jim Fundraiser Golf Tournament & Silent Auction
Saturday, March 24, 1:00 pm at Hawaii Kai Executive Course Par 3
We are low on registrants and desperate to get the word out. Forward the flyer (click the logo to download) to all your golfer friends! You don't even have to golf if you don't want to--just sign up or come out to support! There will be a silent auction there, too. 2. ChipIn! Online Fundraising Campaign
Look to the right and you'll see a "ChipIn" widget - you can click this at anytime to make an online donation to the Winands. This will help them in a very tangible way. Jim's treatment in Dallas is not covered by insurance, so it's costing them about $35,000 (treatment, living expenses, airfare, housing, etc)...that's where we came up with the campaign total. They will use what we need to use, and what ever we exceed in donations, they will either return or donate to the American Cancer Society. Thank you for chipping in what you can-every little bit helps!

3. JIMSTRONG Logowear
